I thought it said 'Fujiwara Tofu Shop (home delivery)' or something about delivering on the side.

I believe "Private Use" will be a more accurate translation.

It's definitely "private use." When you're running a business in Japan, you have to specify whether you buy a car for private use or commercial use, so that you can file the tax properly.
