Blower resistor

I have a 98 ranger and I need to replace the blower motor resistor. But no one can seem to tell me exactly where it is. Can anyone tell me where it is, how I can get to it, and any other tips on replacing it.

the blower resistor is on the evaporator housing at bottom right to the blower motor.
