Hey guys,
My cousin is looking into buying a GC anytime now, and he's been looking around and found a few options. Well, he came across one today that is a 2004 Freedom Edition.
1) Does anybody know the differences between this edition and a regular Limited or even Laredo?
2) I am especially looking for the differences in the sound system in it. What are the differences between it and the higher end Infinity systems that come in the higher class models?
Any help is appreciated!!
thx

All the specifics on the differences in trim, etc. are at www.jeep.com they do a great job of laying it out for you.
As far as sound systems go, everyones ear is different. I had the Inifinity Gold system in my GC and it was good, not great. I replaced the speakers with Boston Acoustics and it was MUCH better. However, Infinity has a speaker called the Kappa Perfect and the quality is absolutely epic. Last I checked, you have to buy those aftermarket, they aren't available as an installed factory item.
I've always seemed to get my new cars with the stock systems and upgrade them on my own. You can do a lot more for a lot less money.
Good luck with it, keep us posted. Beautiful A4 by the way, I'm a big Audi fan and have a 1986 CS Turbo Quattro in my garage that I drive a few times a month, medium amythest with grey leather and showroom condition.

Thanks for the help man, That helps out a lot.
Glad you like my "baby," it's my first Audi, and I can honestly say I have fallen in love! Yours sounds like a sight to see too. I love most of the 80's era Audi's too, such classy cars!

Glad I was able to help.
Audi's are great, albeit very quirky cars. When my CS breaks, I referr to it as an "Ouchie" instead of an Audi because it seems to break in grand style.
But the love for the car seems to override the repair bill!
Have a good weekend!
