I have a question about microsoft paint.please help me.

How do you change the color on a car in microsoft paint, if it is at all possible? I would gladly appreciate your answers.
Also how do you lower a car on microsoft paint?

It would take so much time just to get it to look remotely decent.

Get on Ebay and find a copy of Adobe Photoshop 5.5-7.0, those (in my opinion) are the best Photoshops ever put out.

And you should be set to start chopping from there...

I'm new on this as well and I was wondering what program you use to chop away any ride.....I'll get the program and start going at it.
