Well to all you paint experts out there. I have just bought a 2004 white cavalier and i wanted to paint the interior white to match my exterior. I dont know what type of paint to use or where to get it. I wanted to paint the center console, the door panels and a couple of other parts. Whats the best paint to use and where do i get it? What steps do i take to paint the parts? and do i use some gloss to make its shine? Every small detail will help. Thank you.

well there are different ways to do it. but prp work is key clean it all real good use a laquer thinner or somthing to that effect and then use a primer, light coats. then apply what the call vinal cover any auto parts store will carry it. i used dupli color works ok for the red i havnt started the white yet. and then to get a nice gloss use a clear coat and do that but make sure you use light coats of paint on all aplications,

you can do that.. or you could go get krylon fusion.. (its a plastic paint) it works freakin awesome! no need for a clearcoat. just make sure that you use an amonia type cleaner, and dont do it in the cold.

Be careful with white on the interior. Friends of mine have done it and they said it shows every little dirt mark or scratch. I'm not saying don't do it, but like Jayspon said, use quality paint and do some decent prep-work.
