power steering

All of a sudden its really hard to turn the wheel to turn. I checked power steering fluid and replaced that but it still doesnt want to turn. what could be wrong with it????

its like the wheel doesnt wanna be anywhere but in the middle.

i backed the car out of the garage and there is a puddle thats looks like it came from the drivers side way up front....anyone know if this could contribute to the problem?

how hard is that to fix? and whats the price?

Check all the lines to your PS pump and resevoir.

You could have just tossed the belt as well, but the puddle makes me think otherwise.

it could be the boot that is between the tie rods and the rack. get under it and see if one of them has a tear in it or is screwed up somehow. if it is, go to autozone and buy 2 universal boots, the're like 10 bucks a piece.
