Which speakers do i get?

I'm decking out my system out with subs, an amp,and new speakers. I'm new to all this and i'm wondering if i have get a 2 channel amp wouldn't i have to get 2 way speakers.

no, 2 way speakers has no relation the the type of channel amp you get. All this is covered in previous posts, just do some research on it and you should find all of your information.

what does it mean 2 way 3 way speakers? And what does it mean have a multiple channel amp?

2-way means the set uses 2 speakers to cover the frequency range
3-way means the set uses 3 speakers to cover the frequency range

in either case the frequencies are divided between the various speakers using included crossovers, so to the amp it all behaves as 1 speaker. So even though you may have a midbass, midrange, and tweeter, the trio will behave as a single speaker as far as the amp is concerned, so it will only take up 1 amplifier channel. If you have a set of speakers, you have a L side and a R side, each side behaving as a single speaker, so you'll need 2 amplifier channels to run them. You can do this with a simple 2ch amp, or with 2 channels of a 4ch amp, or whatever you want.

If you are on a tight budget and have around 1.5 cubes (sealed) or 2.5 cubes (ported), I would go for an Adire Audio shiva.

Still my favorite budget sub that can get loud and sound really good at the same time. Not to mention the great price ($125 shipped last i checked).

Who in the world would make W2 subs?

He might have meant W7's which is by JL Audio. I've heard good things about them, but they are expensive.
