WS6 brake upgrade

Lately I've had a lot of trouble with the brakes on my 1998 firebird. New rotors and pads have both burned up in 3 or 4 months and even when they were new they wouldn't stop the car. I've decided to upgrade to the front brakes from a 1998 WS6. I plan to change out my rotors and calipers and replace them with the ones from the WS6.
I was wondering if anyone has made this swap before and if there are any bracket differences or things I might need to know. THANKS.

No they both attach in the same locations and I have done a swap myself on my brake caliper ,rotors and pads . and the only thing you should watch out for is bleed the system real good starting from the farthest wheel from the master cylinder and working closer. Also the brakes might feel spongie in the very beginning but I have been told this is normal right after a complete overhaul of the brakes and bleeding the caliper's and should go away after a day or two. Good luck and keep us up to date on how its going.

I just bought the entire brake system from a 01 SS camaro including rotors callipers and spindles. Fortunately the car had only 10k miles when it was totalled. After I make the swap I'll let you know if there is any difference in performance.
