99 2.2L A/C Probs

This summer, I noticed that my a/c suddenly stopped working. Well, the only way it works is if I put it on full blast. Now it's getting cold and I need to defrost the car and once again it is only working if I put it on max.

I swear, ever since I got the recall done, the car has been falling apart. This is third problem since I've done that....

Anyone have any suggestions?
