making manual mirrors powered?

is it as simple as putting a motor from powered mirrors into the manual ones? i want m3 mirrors but still want the power in them. also do true m3 mirrors fit on civics or would i have to make a custom mounting plate?

Isn't there powered M3-style mirrors available!?
I know they are available...
