rev limiter?

Ok so my friend has an 04 accent and he says that once it hits 100, it just stays there, but hes not at WOT of redline. Im a honda guy, so i dont know hyundais. Any input it appreciated.

tell your friend to slow down.

on a level surface, the little 1.6L engine will be hard pressed to get any faster once it hits 100.

but yeah, who cares about top speed of a car. top speed tests arent only reckless, but they are pointless.

I agree, why would you want to go over 80 in an accent if you wreck you are dead, they are not known for their saftey

so theres no fuel governor? He should just buy a honda...
