Heater Problems

My heater will not blow hot air although there is heat present in vents. I had the resistor (sword) replaced less than a year ago so I took it back to the mechanic and he said the resisitor is fine the blower motor has enough amps to work. He said it could be a module in the resistor that malfunctioned but he couldnt test it. Any help with my situation.
