How hard to replace door speakers in a '93 Sentra?

One of the door speakers took a crap and was wondering how hard it is to change out? I have manual windows and locks so I need to pop out the window cranks.. anything else I need to know?

Not really the screws should be pretty visible.
Just use a coupe of flatheads to take the crank clip out, it can be a pita.

the only hard thing might be to find speakers that actually fit right that aren't dime a dozen speakers.
