I dont think theres really a BEST fylwheel out there,
you could go to greddy,AEM,,,,,.com & get one around 500.00,
or you could go to ebay & find one for around 150 bucks!

It will rev quicker but the revs will fall very quick betwen shifts

My 11.9lb. ACT flywheel is sweet... I also have lightweight Unorthodox Racing Pulleys though so the rotational mass is more balanced. I got a great deal on the flywheel with an Exedy Street/Strip carbon clutch kit (with pressure plate and throwout bearing) for like $460 something shipped right to my door in like 2 days. My d16 revs fast but I shift quick with a shortshifter so the revs don't drop. With Si tranny fourth gear is super tight so shifting in 6k rpms in 3rd keeps 4th up in 4-5ks, so I usually shift into 5th quick but I'm doing 70mph anyway...

Could you tell a difference with throttle response? Ive been thinking of getting a lightend flywheel.

Turtle when they say a light weight flywheel will rev your engine quicker does it actually help acceleration much? When I got my exedy clutch kit it came with a supposed "lightened flywheel" and I can't really tell a dif.

I can slightly feel a difference with acceleration. Basically, I can feel power through the rpms from 2.5-3k to 6.5k strong.
