What Do You Think of These Headlights??

Something new i've never seen before. and since they are new and rare, i might want them... but time to get the general import enthusiast's opinion.

Check them out:
http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/45564692civicangeleyesprojector.jpg

what do you think?

oh and check out the description too of what they do:

"This is the latest style projectors available for your Civic! Similiar to BMW style lights, these 'Angel Eyes' Projectors will make your car stand out! The circular rings light up a super white HID style color and can be hooked to your parking lights or turn singals! Chrome housing with blue ion projector light beam. The light beam produced by the projector headlights makes night tiem driving more enjoyable. Produces a precise beam of light onto the road which therefore can help you under extreme driving conditions such as foggy or rainy weather. All wiring is preassembled for essentially a plug and plug application. The outer frame is made from glass and not cheap plastic. Includes H3 bulbs for the low beams and H1 bulbs for the high beams. Fits all 2dr, 3dr and 4dr Models. "

now if someone told me an online store where i can get a set i'd be happy... i'll give you a big hug.. j/k

Those look cool but... Will it accomodate actual HID bulbs?
Most people aren't pleased w/ most projector light conversions.
I'd expect the same w/ these...

They do look cool though...

4ndrms,

Nice car. Are either of those yours?

I started custom building a set of these for my headlights but they started producing them for Civics and Accords all of a sudden. I've since sold the original BMW headlights and Angel Eyes. I think they'll look good as hell , but they'll soon be played out.

Well, I like em. Sure everyone will have them eventually, but everyone already has everything out there right now. Besides, it could be changed slightly using eyebrows or something.

Fuggi, where did you find these? If not online, then what company/magazine did you get the info from. I'd be interested in checking out availability and pricing.

j.fuggi

Yes they do make them for the 6 & 7th Gen Civics. I'm gonna be getting them for my 5th gen this week too.

They also make them for the 00-01-02 Infinity I30/35, 94-02 Accord, 95-98 Mirage.

I'm new to the forum. I need help. I've run into a streak of bad luck. Just when I'm running low on money, all of my car's mods are going to hell. (I dont know how i'm gonna pay for the halo lights, but i'm puttin it on the plastic.) My Projectors, the projector lens cracked on both units, I had a nice Momo Corse Exhaust and recently found 2 big gaping holes in them So I had to slap the stock one back on cause i was losing power. The transformer on my Indiglos fried and now i have a bent rim due to my city's inability to provide adequate street lighting and patch up potholes.

So as I am regrouping, i need suggestions....

I need:
#1) a good looking exhaust (one where the tip goes all the way to the body of the muffler) & that isnt too loud.
#2) Some nice springs that will not lower my car too much...(too many crappy streets and construction in my city) Some one suggested Neuspeed SofSports...any experiences??
#3)Some nice rims that wont run me too much money. Some one offered me a Set of 2000 Si's for 300 bucks with tires?? any opinions? Right now i have some silver OZ Monte Carlos (which i love, but are discontinued...)
#4) I remember a few years back nrauto made an aluminum gauge face for the 5th gen manual...anybody know of anywhere i can get these? I've heard the new 2nd Gen Indiglos are silver...are they silver like aluminum?? or are they just cheaply painted silver.

when i got in my accident with my ion blue projectors the glass housing broke, but not the projector itself, so it works perfectly. but the amount of glass in the road was rediculous!!! looks like someone broke a passenger window in the road! crazy. the next day it was cleaned up. and it was a very NOT main road at all.

Any sites sell the angel eyes for the 6th generation civics? Those lights are sweet! If I can't find any, I'm gonna go w/ the integra lights. I found them for $175. Nobody has them around here, I like them, plus it'll go nice w/ the GSR I'll eventually drop in!

hahahaha.... newb? don't let the post count fool you.

I was gonna move on and forget about this whole thing but you had to keep on talkin shit, huh?

and I'm sorry if I "disrespected" your headlights  but maybe you shouldn't post pics if you don't want people to give their opinions. I don't give a fuck how high your post count is, If I really wanted to get down to it... I could make fun of your whole car... but I am not going to do that cuz I'm a nice guy. Lastly, my "non-existant" ride could be a fucking pinto and it wouldn't matter because my opinion still stands, those lights suck.

oh yeah...

i'm so fuckin scared!

i asked an opinion over a year ago. 'ricey' is a disrespectful term to use for someones car.

if you don't like them say you don't like them. don't be ignorant and speak out your ass and disrespect someone because they arn't with the gaydm craze. my HIDs work better in a projector housing anyway. so its function for me pal. and at the time, i was being unique and getting a rare set of lights. now, over a year later, they're a lil more popular. and i still got em, because they still light the road better.

cheap and ricey my ass.

since i'm the nice guy, i'll end it here.

it was a long drive but i'm happy i made it.

the shop is nice. bunches of jdm goodies everywhere.

it was a sunday when i went so they were nice enough to open for me to pick up the motor that was chosen for me.

i checked it out and the tps was broken so they changed that.

it was a little dark in there so i didn't notice the other broken sensors. but hopefully it runs ya know?

all in all i'm happy with their service ;)
