ok i have alot of mods on my car right now and i wanna know if i can turn the boost up more than 20 psi? or is it i can turn it up as much as i want just not safely

Its at Norwalk Raceway park in Ohio, once a year, now in august. And I dont know what boost pressure has to do with a thread about a shootout video ;)
