First when i bought this car my dad did not want me to buy this car. But i made him buy it, Anyways now he scared that i am going to kill my self with the vr4 and he gave me an offer. He said if i sell the vr4 and put the money as a down payment he would buy me a brand new car. He said like a 2005 Chrysler 300C Fully loaded($39K). What do u guys think?

Jeez well I'd keep it, but If you stand to gain financially then maybe you should consider it. I'm glad my dad can't say shit about mine, he chucled when he saw it for the first time but since I paid for it and its my name on the title (lol well his too technically since were both Tom legally) and I pay for insurance and gas and all that. Ohh and I finaly found a buyer, he has been by to drive it and check it out twice and he's taking it to a mitsu dealer on saturday to check it out before buying it.

IF your ok with your parents buying you things then I would take the 300. I try to keep the amount of things that my parents pay for to a minimum, if they dont own any of my stuff they cant hold it over my head and tell me how to live my life.

hehe ok do this take his offer then sell the brand new car and then buy a 99 vr4 haha j/k.

Thats such a teaser. I would love to keep the VR4 but id love to have a brand new car all paid for.

I dont now, I paid for some of the car and I pay for my own gas and all good stuff. Well right now i am tryin to work on him to get me a 2005 Infiniti G35 6mt Coupe, it supose to have 298Hp and 19" wheels and all the good stuff, But i really love the AWD and how the car is built and oh ya if he buys a me brand new car like the G35 there is no way in hell his going to let me to do any mods to it.

you cant say I am spoiled because I work for my dad and our deal is that every month when he gives me a check he would not give all the money he will take some it away like $200 for the car and insurance, so I pay for almost half of it and if I sell my vr4 and i know i can sell it at least about $19K I have to it the money down for the new car.
Your spoiled when your dad pays for the whole car not when you pay more than half of it. Spoiled people dont work and I manage my dads whole business that requires more than 40Hr of week and i got 12hr in college, you dont call that spoiled in my opinion, but again people have different opinions.
I just turned 18 on october.

Get the G35 with AWD. Later you can TT it.

ya but the AWD is only on the sedan not on the coupe

man that's such a hard decision. the 300c is a pimp car and would make you look sweet as hell, but on the otherhand the vr4 is the best sports car in the world :)

I know dude it sucks, well I am just going to my car on sale and if anybody is lookin vr-4 tell me, I am just the 2nd owner, for about a month, it has 68K miles, 6spd, just go the 60k mile tune up at dealer ship, cost me about $1400, the tires are very new they cost about i think 1500 or more I have the recipet.
So if anybody is interseted i will work a deal with u guys just holla at me.

Well i can get any SUV the has G.W.W.R of 6100lbs 65 to 70% less becasue my dad builds houses and we can put it as a company car and it will come off our taxes from the end of the year. So I can buy a brand new escalaed for about $25K to $30K.
But I am not really into suvs, but i still dont now what i am going to do, like i said i am just going to wiat and see if anybody wants to buy my vr4.

Well if it were me in that situation, i'd go for the Infini G35 coupe, cuz damn those are the hottest new cars out, and w/ close to 300 hp I couldn't complain...but if that's not an option, nothing else would be worth getting rid of a VR4 to me, and I dont even have one! lol, so I guess it's just the 3S that I love...but if you've got a $40k limit as to what you can buy man, you can get an NSX or something exotic, used, but that's how I think since i'm not rich...yet, that would be ignoring the no sports cars rule thing....and i'll probably never not own a sports car.

dont worry man thats what i thoght at first to but i saved most of my money, and thats how my dad trusted me at first. All I got to say is work work work and school it all pays off trust me.

Well my family is very rich, but my dad is just started doing good. And whenever i turned 16 i wanted to buy a nice sport car because my cousins one of drives Z06, the other ones drive C5, M3, 300ZX TT, 350Z, Pourche boxter S, BMW 5series and the list goes on and they all are brand new cars. And i really wanted a car like them and my dad couldent affort to buy me car like that and told just wait and i waited and see what happends, 2 weeks before i turned 18 i got a 320Hp AWD car in perfecet condition.

Your dad needs to buy you a 94 dodge ram longbed v6 like i had when i was 16 and i still had to pay insurance. If your just starting to drive its a waste oif money to buy you a nice cae because chances are there will be dings and scratches in it in a few weeks and after a couple years the motor will probably be knocking hard just because newer drivers tend to beat their cars more. Honestly id see if he would get you something cheap now and get something nicer later

Im 17 and my car doesnt have any scratches or dings :) plus i spend 20 mins cleaning after everytime i drive it, even if its 5 mins down the road

Ok, I say stick with the VR4 and maybe he'll let you buy something even better lol (like the g35/350z). If not you still have the VR4.
