I have a 91 GM, 302, that idles too slow after warm up and while in drive. Is there a manual speed adjustment for this or is this also controlled totally by the computer?

On the 5.0/302, there is an adjustment screw. It's located on the front side of the throttle bore, just below the plastic air intake running from the air box. You can reach it from the front with a regular screwdriver.

If turning it up doesn't solve your problem, it might also be your idle air valve/motor, and there are several posts on that.

Easy fix either way.

Thank you very much...........exactly as you described..........solved the problem by turning screw.

Welcome. If the problem comes back and gets worse in a couple weeks, then it's the idle air valve.
