2002 Heated seat problem

Neither of my heated seats work on my 2002 tahoe LT any help ?? if it is a fuse where is it located ??

Look under the hood for a black box. I am not sure on the 02, But on the c/k style it is on the rear of the drivers side inner fender. The box is about 5 or 6 inches square and will have several different Maxi fuses and fuel pump relay in it. They call them Maxi fuses because they look like the standard fuse except they are about four times the size.
