'95 Explorer problems

I have a '95 Explorer Eddie Bauer with about 195,000 miles on it. I have a loud thrumming sound coming from the right side of the engine compartment only on hot days, and the problem usually clears after driving it around or revving the engine. I have seen posts about this in the past, but nobody has given any assistance as to what the problem might be. If anybody who wrote about it previously has fixed the problem, I would appreciate a heads up on what to look for.

Also, I have one headlight out (left) and cannot locate the problem. I have read about a lamp outage module that I would like to look at. Does anybody know how to disassemble the center lower console assy?

And finally, I am getting an intermittent check engine light most often after driving for more than an hour. It goes away before I have a chance to read the error codes. I'm thinking about just replacing the O2 sensors, but don't know how many there are. Help!

Thanks for whatever assistance can be provided.
