First off, has anyone here put a N/A cylinder head on their turbo mkIII? If so how do you like it, and do you think it is a good idea to buy one and have it decked out.. ported, valve oversize, valve seated, titanium retainer set, valve springs, ect ect.

Otherwise, if this is not such a good idea.. im filling out a cam recommendation form from comp cams. But I need a few specs or a link to accurate specs. Bore and stroke, compression ratio, stock vehicle weight, rear axle ratio, exact rpm range, stock cam part number and stock cam specifications.

Thanks to anyone with the ability to provide this knowledge!

This forum sucks. Only like to talk about supra vs king kong. No one here can communicate some knowledge about a freakin cylinder head and cam shafts?

An NA head on a turbo motor??? I'm not sure it would work. I'm sure the porting is different, along with the cam specs. Then there is the distributer issue. The NA has a distributer mounted in the head. It is driven by the cams. The turbo uses a distributerless coil pack system. You would have to plug the hole in the head.
As far as cam specs go just run a web search. A good sight to go to for Toyota engine specs is toysport.com. They have a fairly complete listing of Toyota's twin cam engines, their specs, and what vehicle they came in. They also have transmission and diff codes. Also check out toyotanation.com. They have a Toyota specific forum.
