Accord Se BOSE SYSTEM TROUBLE!!

I have a 93 accord se, and i was wondering why when i hooked up a new headunit my speakers now give off a humming/static type noise, and it seems to get louder the faster i go. Is there a way a can fix this, and can i just disconnect the factory amp and just use the bose speakers??? THankS!!!
