2002 blazer power window switch

I am trying to replace the power window switch on my 2002 blazer, can someone tell me if there's some trick to it. I don't want to snap the trim piece it seems to snap into? It's a 4 door power window/powerdoor lock switch, looks simple to install but seems to be stuck.

That panel will come out as one piece with all the switches attached.

Buy a haynes repair manual to help you with the procedure.
