trouble code 1294

Does any one know have to fix this code? I had codes pulled and
mechanic says it is air mixture. I want to try and fix it myself.
I had trouble with car stalling and cleaned throttle body and did
complete tune up.

I am thinking that you have 2.4??. That trouble code is for Target idle not reached..Possible you may have a dirty IAC, bad IAC. Restirctedc air filter. internal or external vacuum leak...Since you cleaned you throttle body try drive your vehicle and monitor it..
