My friend wants to turbo his Primera GT

He is from slovakia, came to USA for vacation, when i showed him couple sr20de and sr20det that are pushin over 200HP he was impressed
now for the questions
is there anyone primera Gt turbo in Europe?
Is it possible to turbo a primera for around 1500-2000$
or is it possible to get a jdm SR20det, will it just bolt right in,
what car should the turbo or the sr20det come from?
