CM clutch kit question

Hey i just recieved my clutch master stage 1 clutch kit and it seems like the pressure plate and disc is already bolted on. Is that how it suppose to come? And it suppose to come with a flywheel but im not sure if thats bolted on together already too. Can someone help me and also tell me which one goes where ( pressure plate then disc then flywheel)? And there is no throwout bearing that came along with it. Oh yeah, I have a 99 gs and I ordered it from importhorizon.com. They seems to have pretty good prices.
