Moisture In My Head Light

I noticed some moisture in my left front headlight on my 88 CRX, can anyone give me some directons on how to remove the water and stop this from happening?

Well obviously theres a leak. I have the same problem. I wouldn't try to do anything to it. Just buy a set of new headlights that doesn't have leaks. Otherwise u have to open it up. I heard its a pain in the ass to do.

Yeah, just buy new headlight(s). I had the same problem, and I attempted to open the lights.....they broke.

will keeping the water in the headlight cause any serious problems later on?

I had a leak in my headlights once. Every time it rained, or I went through a car wash, if the lights were on, and hot, the water would make them blow. :eek:

If the water stays in there for awhile, the reflective material will start to crack and diminish. Then your light will appear to be dim.

Yeah the water will rust the inside of the housing and ruin it, so you should just get a new headlight assembly...when you put the new assembly on put some silicon along the seals so that way it doesnt leak again
