Brake lights 50% working.

I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy Diamond/Edition. My rear LED (center stopping light) only lights up when I push my brake. It all started one day when I noticed that all 3 of my brake lights were still on even though I did not have my foot on the brake. I could not figure how to turn them off. So I pushed the Hazard button. That did it, they turned off. Ever since then when I push my brake pedal only the center LED light turns on. I replaced the bulbs,checked the fuses. Now I don't know what the hell to do. Can anyone help?

Replace the brake switch on the brake pedal.
