'96 shop manual

I thought I had THE shop manual for my '96; 4" thick tome; says 'Authentic GM technical service information' on the cover. LOOKS like a Helms publication (but doesn't say).
The point is, there is NO electrical schematics for the ECM, BCM or any engine controls. I'm trying to find wiring drawings for the fuel pump, but can't find any reference. Do I have the 'wrong' manual?
