Rear Window cannot get it up

I apparently have a broken rear window motor, my immediate problem is it looks like rain and I need to manually get it up. I have removed the door panel but can't seem to get it to move

any suggestions?

I got it, took the assembly out and whacked the motor a couple of times, it then worked enough to get the window up

lol good job... was about to suggest that myself... heh

But mabye it the wire that is no more good
