Just fixed my 93 LeSabre (I hope)

It also was missing when I put a load on it, uphil, accelerate ect.

I bought plugs, harness wires, air filter, ignition coil.

I replaced the air filter (which was filthy) and it hesitated uphil

I replaced the plugs and wires.

THAT SEEMED TO DO THE TRICK!

Hopefuly I can return the coil (which was expensive) but I will wait to see that I am truly ok now.

I also read here of similar trouble, which was reported fixed when someone unpluged the lead to the EGR thingomajig.

That was going to be my next try, but I seem to be ok for now

Your EGR will cause hesitation and stalling after the engine has warmed up if it fails to close.

Vauge hesitation on hill can be a million things. From a vacuum line or air filter to your transmission and emissions control systems. You have to be more specific.

i think i'm having the same problem. it's only when i'm going up a slight hill and the car starts hesitating for about 30 to 60 seconds then it stops. does it have something to do with the transmission or fuel filter? my dad says the mounting block could be off balance. getting ready to go on trip out of state and really would appreciate any help before i get on the road. THANKS!!!

See some of my other replies on how to check the ignition coils for proper operation, as they are likely suspect in many strange or normal conditions.
