installing 4.6L Cobra motor

I'm hoping on droping in a 4.6L Cobra motor, and transmission into my model A style street rod, and I'm just wondering if any one here has worked with them. I'm wondering if they are as easy to wire up as the 5.0L fuel injected motors, or if I'd have to buy a computer to match the motor.

Plus does any one make a nice set of headers for these motors?
