H22 mods

I have a 4th generation accord ex-r with a stock f22a4 I believe. If I do a swap with a H22 will I be able to fit a set of lude headers in the accord? and will I be able to use my AEM CAI from my f22a4 on the H22?

my engine has 360 000km and will not last forever.... so I'm researching the swap (engine, tmission and converting auto to standard) ... it's much cheaper than a new car, and better than throwing more money in dieing drivetrain imo, and with some mods the H22 is probably not much slower than a stock 2003 V6 and definately quicker than an 2002 V6.

one more q? Is the swap straight forward or should be handled by a pro?

thanks
