i need some help guys i have a 96 integra SE with about 76k miles on it and the check engine light came on about 2 months ago. i brought it to my mechanic and the computer showed cylinders 1 and 2 were misfiring. he replaced my spark plugs and wires..and the problem went away until now. any ideas what went wrong? the car seems normal but i think i noticed some loss of power. thanks guys

Make sure spark plugs are gapped properly, and see about replacing distributor rotor and cap. I did that on my accord that was having similar problems and it made a world of difference.

well its actually the rotor button. not rotors. not to get confused with brake rotors. but, i would make sure the gap is right and replace the rotor button and the distributor cap.

did u also get some new spark plug wires as well. also did the mechanic reset ur ecu to get rid of the CEL. if not, pull the 7.5 amp "back up" fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay
