Brake problems or something (need help)

Brakes or transmission or what? I have a 99 jeep grand cherokee and have replaced the the front pads, rotors, and rear pads. My problem is when i come to a stop. After i come to a complete stop, a second or so later it feels like i have been bumped in the rear.. oh most like the brakes are reapplying and lettin lose. I have noticed that eventually after i have been driving for a while it wont do it. It also seems that if i throw it into neutral before i come to a stop and then resume with my stop it doesnt do it.. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this.. O and would my e brake pads have anything to do.. cuz i have noticed that my e-brake doesnt work very well.

Yes- I have had the same problem on my Jeep. The problem is actually your driveshaft. I think you can just grease the yoke, but I had my driveshaft replaced. There is a TSB out for the repair of this problem. What engine and tranny do you have? Anyway, Check out this link.

Myrtle I have a 94 ZJ does this TSB refer to that as well?

well I just checked it out and it does not apply to my jeep, so I think I am gonna have to have the Tranny looked at.

DKS- you still might want to try greasing the driveshaft yoke. Apperantly other vehicles have the problem and grease is the solution.
