how the hell do u get it off??? this is on my 90 parts car that i'm stripping :)

are u talking about the screws to get the cover off?? cuz if so then thats not what i want. i got the 2 nuts off from inside the car and thats all i saw and the screws by the wheels

theres probably two nuts on the bottom two, more than like likely behind a cover to keep them from getting wet
