Minimally the car needs an alignment. Most probably it needs lots of suspension work. Find another source for obtaining the evaluation of the problem. I've driven my two Fieros more than 170,000 miles and have never had a front tire blow. Whenever I have had flat tires it has been because of some puncture damage like a nail. Whenever I've had tires that wear badly it is due to alignment problems or suspension problems. But I take the car to a good resource to have it repaired.

If the alignment computer claims everything is in spec, you could have structural damage. Have a frame shop check the unibody with lasers to see if something is bent due to rust damage or a previous collision repair that was done poorly.
