spare tire cover

I have a 1998 CR-V, with the soft spare tire cover. I saw a couple of awesome covers on the street over the weekend and wanted to know where to get one. It's not even a plastic cover that cover the entire tire, this thing expose the tire, it's like a horizontal bar going across the tire. If any of you guys know what I'm talking about, please advise.
