CVic ´89, no power at the ignition sw

Hi there!, due to a faulty connection, I had to change the ignition switch and the lock cylinder. Now there is no power at all at lock cylinder Run Start or ACC positions, so the car won´t start. I checked every fuse and fuse link. They´re all ok. Only the headlights can be turned on. Seems like there is no voltage present at all at the ignition switch harness connector. I´m out of ideas at this point, any suggestion?....thx in advance guys.....

Did you accidentally pull the connector plug out in the steering colum? thats where I would start.

Thanks for your suggestion radioman2002. I checked thoroughly all cables and connectors surroundig the steering column and guess what?...one cable terminal was touching the column, grounding the whole thing!...the car is running fine again. Thanks a lot!!
