'04 Power Door Locks Problem

I'm having a problem with my power locks...
When my doors are locked, the passenger side door looks like it's unlocked (the red is showing) but it's really locked. The drivers side is fine. And visa vera...when the doors are unlocked, it looks like the passenger side door is actually locked. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Any input is greatly appreciated.

On the passenger side door, carefully pry out the little slider that has the red strip on it. there is just a clip on the side closest to the front of the truck. Once that it out, flip it around to match the driver side door.
