ive been looking at some 240 engine bays and ive seen a bunch that look really clean and good, i was wondering if their was anything that i can take out, repalce to make the bay roomier and better looking, i know its kind of a weird question but im turboing it soon and want to have as much room as possable in their, ive already planed steel canisters for all the liquids and stuff, and im thinking of going with some electric fans, anyting else i can do to make it roomier?

move the Batt to the trunk, organize the hoses, and there some stuff you could get away with elongating the wires and moving to the back, just look and see.

EGR, AIV, and mechanical fan to start. Make sure you wire the ac fan to run all the time though.

the things that have already been said esp. the fan
its weird but i've seen the intake moved to the other side near the throttle body before makes it look more open but really just moves used space to the other side
it may look a llittle ricey but using tubes to bind the wires n such together works too

thanks for the responeses, i have a couple of questions though, if i move the battery to the back will that make my subs and stuff have a problem? (like buzzing or anything), and also are their any electric fans that switch on automaticly? so i dont have to be looking at the temp gauge all the time. and worry about forgeting to turn the fan on?

Yes, go look in summit racing, they'll have have them.
And no, it won't make your speakers buzz unless you are dumb enough to put them side by side. in the S14 trunk, on both sides, there are two big depressions, you could use either one of them, or put two batts, one in each.
And I would leave the EGR valve alone.

If you are planning on turboing, good luck finding a manifold that will support it. The only one that I have found is IAP. Just plug it. I used a penny and some RTV.
