hey guys ok i jsut replaced my timing belt on my 94 civic coupe but the problem is that the third spark plug has no spark, we moved the spark plug to piston number 4 and there is combustion we checked the wire and yes it has a spark also. My dad removed each spark plug wire form the spark plugs and as u know u can see and hear the engine loosing power but with this 3rd piston it stays the same o and yeah my rpm gauge is tripping out it didnt use to do that about the spark problem i dont know if that happend after the timing belt replacement or before but i know the rpm gauge wasnt like that so if u guys have any ideas on whats wrong and maybe how to fix it that would be alot of help to me thanks.

Your dead hole has probably nothing to do with your timing belt. Make sure your #3plug, wire and distributor cap are all in good condition. Make sure there are no cracks. Try running the car in the dark and look for the spark arcing from #3 wire.
