do you guys think that, that could be a sorce of why the owner before me said "...ya the turbo is kind of weak, one day i took it in for an oil change and it felt weaker ever since..."
is there also any ideas how to get it out?

Well, you probably have an exhaust leak at the manifold-to-turbo gasket. I can almost assure you that gasket is bad if you've been driving it like that for a while--and exhaust leaks before the turbo are NOT the friend of performance :p. I'm not sure how you would go about fixing it, but surely one of these guys will come along with a solution ;)

use an easy out. id also take off the turbo and replace the manifold to turbo gasket. might be a good excuse to do a 14b too :naughty:

Take out the other 3 bolts. 99.99% of the time that broken bolt is loose in there ;) And for what its worth I ran with 3 turbo bolts for like 2 years, making some of my best numbers at the time. :D Not that 4 bolts wouldnt be better, but dont expect it to cure much.

ez-out if it works it will be hard getting it out of that cast iron. if that dont work maybe drill it out and re-thread it?
