I'm curious to know, whats the purpose of these things.
They move the leaves from one place to another but you still have to pick them up at some point. Unless it serves as double duty in drying your car after a hand wash I see no purpose. Plus they are noisy as heck, and are not a nice noise to hear so early in the morning.

What do you guys think.

Yeah, but instead of having to rake it all to one place and picking it up there, you blow it to one place and pick it up there. It's easier to hold one and blow leaves instead of raking them.

I have a unique solution to the problem. My neighbours use leaf blowers, and I cannot stand the sound either.

I, on the other hand, use my skidsteer loader with a hydraulic angle broom to sweep the leaves into a large pile, then i use the bucket to load them onto the trailer. about 5 minutes of shoveling after that, job is done. no fuss, no muss, no bother.

We use a leaf blower to blow the leaves out of our mulch and into the yard so that I can mow them with the tractor that has a bagger on the back.

There's this guy that lived by my old house, he'd walk around his yard every day and just blow all his fucking leaves across the street. I hate that man.
