91 cav no start

this morning my 91 cav rs wouldn't turn over the battery had power tryed to boost and no turning over just nothing when i turned the key but then it gave in and firesd right up do you think it would be the starter or cylinode

check battery posts first to see if they are tight and clean before you change the starter
