I was at an open track this weekend and there was a variety of cars around ... lots of domestics and lots of imports.
A girl sitting in our groups points to the two cars staging and says, "I hate rice." I turn around and look at the lanes and notice the two cars at the line are a Camaro and a Neon.
I pointed out they were both Domestic cars.
She replied, "The Neon is still rice."
My girlfriends responded, "... maybe it's white rice?" http://www.jekylhyderacing.com/images/lmfao.gif

Any car can be riced out, the ricer is the driver not the car. Im really getting tired of the word now... how long has it been used, a decade? C'mon... "Livin la vida loca" didnt even last that long... or "Whoops there it is"

You guys are missing the whoooole point here .... geeze.
I am not into or use the word "rice" either.
The only reason this thread exists was to share the humor of "white rice" ....
You guys are concentrating too much on the story of the joke and not the punch line!

I know what you mean. There is a guy that I work with that considers a car with anything except a V8 rice.
Pretty stupid if you ask me.

Extremely Stupid. If that's the case, I suppose a 9 second Supra is Rice.

The real question here is.
Isn't one Girlfriend enough?
and yes a 9 second supra could very well still be rice.
It's the driver, not the car. and the ricey cars look that way because of their drivers 99% of the time
Thanks for Sharing J&H

Agreed. Most of the cars with V8s are pretty much rice now considering you take a look at whos buying them. Domestic V8 tuners are, much like import tuners, far and few between. Most people only buy V8 camaros and mustangs for the status like most people only buy civics, integras, and neons because those are the popular imports. Once again an issue of status.
J&H very funny.lol

Italian-Pasta Rockets
German-Kraut Mobiles
American-Redneck Runners
Japanese-Rice Burners
French-POS
Thats how we used to always label the extremes of owners. I just added that French one in for laughs, no offense intended.
