front/rear speakers of 97GA

I have a 1997 Grand Am, four door sedan. I'm trying to change out all my speakers b/c they're crap. I bent some of my back see clips so that I can halfway put down my back seat. I've been looking at other people threads and they say to slide the back cover off, but I can't. I've looked for clips and bolts but I don't see any that I can remove to get this cover off. Also on my front speakers, I know they are 4x6 but how big can I go without them being too deep to fit? And how to I take off my door panel. I see two screws in my door but that's all. Thanks for the help.

the two screws will prolly be all there is. There are clips all around the bottom of the door and youll just have to pull. Once you get one of the cluips to pop, the others should come right out. Let me know how it goes.
