I was wondering if there is a car audio magazine. is there one?

yes there are plenty...plenty of factory paid gready editors that way overrate the products they review and dont give companies such as adire audio, resonant engineering, digital designs, TruTech, and crystal audio the respect they deserve. they also advertise everything MSRP and sicne its all mainstream then MSRP is never to be paid.

I believe every company that you just mentioned has been reviewed in magazines on several occasions. Elemental Designs, Tru, Crystal, DD, all have had repeated amp/sub tests done in the mags, and they all score very well, but then again so does sony, rf, and basically everything else that is reviewed.

You are right, I might be able to scan the reviews if I still have some around. Otherwise they might be on car audio and entertainment's website.
