fiero fuel cell?

im thinking about fitting a fuel cell somewhere in the fiero i want to shoehorn it up in the front trunk compartment, anyone have any ideas or hear about someone doing somthing like this?

Lots of talk, no one has built anything. Moving a fuel cell up front would negate the nearly 50-50 weight balance of the fiero and its handling characteristics.

In terms of weight balance and more importantly, fire safety in the event of a high speed collision, the stock location is probably the best.

i was going to have someone build me a custom roll cage type deal in the front tire area and have a custom racing fuel cell built so it would not get crushed. i was going to do this to help put more weight in the front end when i do my engine swap
