Rims and Wheels?

My question for anyone kind enough to maybe know the answer is.
I have a set of volvo s80 rims and tires would they fit bolt on to my hubs? 98 se. the tire size is right on at 215/55/16

Bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and the desired offest is 35-40mm to fit a Maxima.

I was just lookin around, and it looks like the S80 has a bolt pattern of 5X108
